The Resort
The Resort is located
at Salinas Bay, La Coyotera Beach,
northwest side of Guanacaste province,
this part of the country is known
for it's beautiful beaches and ecological
protected areas. Surrounded by the
National Parks of Santa Rosa and Rincón
de la Vieja Volcano, we are a fabulous
option for those who love the peace

of the beach, we are the perfect combination

With direct access
to ½ mile of virgin and private
beach, we offer beautiful gardens
of exotic flowers, a refreshing swimming
pool with two Jacuzzis, pool for kids,
wet bar, international and national
cuisine restaurant, bar with local
and imported liquors and mini souvenir
shop. Ecoplaya Beach Resort represents
an option of rest and comfort of high
quality in a region of intense ecological
protection. Usually the weather is
warm all over the year, the temperature
goes from 85° to 95° F, the
warmest months goes November and April,
the presence of rain is between May
and October.
We are located at 168.5 miles, from
the International Airport Juan Santa
María. You have to drive on
the Interamerican High Way, going
towards to the city of Liberia, then
towards to the Nicaraguan border,
arriving at the city of La Cruz, turn
to the left, to the well known restaurant
"El Mirador" from where
you will have a beautiful view of
the bay area. From the restaurant
take the road down to the bay and
follow the signs to the Resort. The
trip from San José driving
will take you 4½ to 5 hours.
Also you can flight from San Jose
to Liberia. International Airport
Daniel Oduber is located in Liberia,
only at 31 miles from the Resort.
Leaving the Airport turn to the left,
drive until you find the first light,
turn to the left to the Interamerican
high way, again drive toward the city
of La Cruz, from where you continue
as indicated in the previous paragraph.
The flight to Liberia from San Jose
will take 40 minutes, and the transfer
from the Airport to the Resort 1 hour
and 15 minutes.
