Our resort releases your mind while
walking to your suite, smelling

the charming sound of water flowing
through your mind. Take a one kilometer
walk, day or night, to the fine
white sand beach.
The Hotel shows a very authentic
architectonic ¨Bali Style¨,
which harmonizes with an exclusive
decoration representing the fusion
of diverse ethnic elements from
around the world, creating a high
end and comfortable atmosphere for
enjoying the tropics. All spaces
of the hotel will surprise the guests
with carefully chosen art masterpieces,
belonging to a private collection
that includes the sculpture ¨
Sophia ¨ made by the famous
master Jorge Jimenez Deredia.
The Hotel is surrounded by an impressive
tropical forest that belongs to
the Nosara Civic Association, and
it only takes a 15 minutes drive
to Ostional National Wildlife Refuge
which is one of the few privileged
areas in Costa Rica where the Olive
Ridley Sea Turtles, Leatherback
and Pacific Green turtles lay their
eggs. Turtles nest at Ostional all
year round, but the arriving periods
are more common from July through
December where you can have one
of the most beautiful opportunities
to be in touch with Mother Nature.

A total of 35 units among individual
suites, master suites and other
structures, seem to be floating
on the extense surrounding water
mirrors, ponds and pools.
The resort presents to its visitors
and guests a delightful social area
where wireless internet access is
available, so take your laptop with
you. At our restaurant, you can
try many exquisite recipes that
appeal to the senses, and were carefully
chosen by our Chef. Our bartender
will prepare for you a wide variety
of different cocktails and juices
that will stimulate your taste as
well.
There is ample deck space and lounges
for sunning, as well as a secluded
shady section for reading and dozing
around our swimming pools and jacuzzi
which is a perfect retreat for those
lay back days when the body needs
to rest. The kid’s pool will
let your children liberate all that
the energy they have within themselves.
We also offer room service, laundry
service, pick up taxi from the Nosara
airport (upon request), free scheduled
shuttle to the beach and free parking
lot.
Rooms
Deluxe Rooms
All 16 deluxe rooms have an area
of 47 sq meters (500 sq feet). Some
of these rooms are furnished with
two queen sized-beds; other rooms
have one king sized-bed. They all
feature A/C, mini-bar, satellite
TV, 26” LCD screens, safety
box, suitcase rack, hair dryer,
coffee maker, desk, reading lamps.
Suites
The hotel has 10 individual units
distributed along the property.
Each unit has a total area of 104
sq meters (1,116 square feet). Each
unit has a living room on the first
floor. The living room is furnished
with two day-beds that function
as big couches during the day and
comfortable beds at night. A 26’’
screen TV is installed on the same
floor. The main room and a coil-shaped
shower are located on the second
floor. The main room holds a king
sized bed. An LCD screen is also
available on this room. They feature
A/C, mini-bar, safety box, suitcase
rack, satellite TV, hair dryer,
coffee maker, desk and reading lamps.
Master Suites
The 6 master suites are located
around the pool area. These individual
units are more spacious than the
suites. They have a total area of
109 sq meters (1,170 sq feet). These
bungalows are also furnished with
two day-beds and one LCD screen
as well as a mini-bar and coffee
maker on the first floor. On the
second floor, the main room with
its king sized bed and coil-shaped
shower offer to the guests a unique
ambiance. They are all equipped
with A/C, satellite TV, safety box,
suitcase rack, hair dryer, desk
and reading lamps.
Junior Villas
Each of the two junior villas has
a total area of 157 sq meters (1685
sq feet). The first floor holds
the living room and kitchen area.
The villas are fully equipped with
stove, refrigerator, microwave,
coffee maker and all necessary kitchen
implements. The main room, a king
sized bed, desk, lounge chairs and
furnished balcony are located on
the second floor. They are equipped
with A/C, satellite TV, safety box,
suitcase rack, hair dryer, desk,
reading lamps.
Presidential Villa
The presidential villa is located
close to the pool area, and it is
surrounded by part of the private
forest preserve in the community.
This Villa has a total area of 229
sq meters (2467 sq feet). On the
first floor, the guest can enjoy
a living room and a TV room both
furnished with comfortable couches
and esigned chairs. The fully equipped
kitchen and a dinner area are also
located on this floor. Two main
rooms each with its own private
bathroom and closet, king sized
bed, desk and balcony are located
on the second floor. It features
A/C, satellite TV, safety box, suitcase
rack, hair dryer, desk and reading
lamps.
