Welcome to Maquenque EcoLodge
Maquenque Eco-lodge is located just to the North of Boca Tapada on the banks of the San Carlos river owned and run by Oscar Artavia and his family. Set within 60,000 hectares of protected rainforest the lodge is a sustainable project, which contributes to and encourages reforestation in the area. Built on the opposite side of the river from the road, to guarantee peace and tranquillity, accommodation is in modern Eco-bungalows with solar-heated water.
