Costa Rica 12 days package

This 12 day package includes the South Caribbean, the Arenal Volcano and La Fortuna, the Monteverde Cloud Forest and it ends in the beautiful beaches of Guanacaste. Al the tours and transportation is included in the price. The hotels are also included.

Costa Rica Natural

Day 1:

Arrival, VIP reception at the airport and transfer to the Hotel in San Jose. Attendance at the hotel. Lodging.

Day 2:

Transfers from San Jose to the beautiful beaches of Puerto Viejo de Limon. Arrival and afternoon and evening at leisure. Overnight in Puerto Viejo.

Day 3:

Breakfasts. Guided tour into Cahuita National Park with snorkeling included and a guided walk through the coastal rainforest. Lunch included. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight Puerto Viejo.

Day 4:

Transfer from Puerto Viejo to Arenal and La Fortuna. The volcano, at almost 6000 feet high and located in the northeastern part of Costa Rica, is one of the world`s most active volcanoes. In the later afternoon, after check in and resting time, we also include the entrance to the hot water springs of Tabacon, with a great dinner included. Overnight in Arenal

Day 5:

Breakfasts. Tour included. Cano Negro wetlands and wildlife reserve by boat. Explore the fantastic tropical wetlands of the Cano Negro Wildlife Reserve. The 14000 hectares comprised in the preserve protect hundreds of species of wildlife, including abundant bird species, caimans, crocodiles, all kinds of reptiles, amphibians, mammals and insects. You will explore the reserve by boat, accompanied by a local bilingual naturalist guide. Caño negro is located only 1 hour from La Fortuna. A delicious lunch and beverages along the trip are also included in the price. We will also pick you up from the local hotel in Arenal and bring you back in the afternoon. Overnight in Arenal.

Day 6:

Transfer from Arenal to Monteverde. The cloud forest of Monteverde and Santa Elena are paradise to birdwatchers, biologists, and people looking for an ecotourism adventure in the misty cloud forests of Monteverde. After arrival and check in, guided night tour through the cloudforests. This trip is definitely something else. Starting at 5:30 PM, just before sunset, we will first meet at the departure point. After a short introductory presentation, we will start our night adventure trip into a large farm and forest, in search of the local wildlife that is alive during the nighttime. Our guide will accompany the group during the trip. Species that the visitor might encounter include night birds, snakes, amphibians and reptiles in general, perhaps occasional coyotes, porky pine, tarantulas, sloths, coati mundis, raccoons, armadillos and much more. This is one of the people`s favorite trips in the area. Transportation from and back to the hotel is also included. Overnight in Monteverde.

Day 7:

After breakfasts, you will enjoy three of the best tours in the area in one tour.

Sky Trek Canopy Tour

The Monteverde Sky Trek tour is Monteverde`s longest and highest canopy tour. Located inside the Monteverde Sky Adventure Park, surrounded by breathtaking views and misty cloud forests, the cable network starts high in the mountains. From here, you will descend through the tropical canopy, gliding down from platform to platform. All platforms are made from steel, with the safest security measures and the very best trained guides in the area. Transportation is included from the hotel and also the return transportation is included. The canopy can also be combined with the Aerial Tram trip and the Monteverde Hanging Bridges ( or Sky Walk ). Daily departures.

Sky Tram

Set inside the Monteverde Sky Adventure Park, during this trip you will be able to admire the wildlife that inhabits these tropical cloud forests. Go in search of birds (perhaps see the Quetzal and the famous Bell Bird ) as well as other species of wildlife. The tram will take you high up the mountains. This trip is the ideal excursion for elderly, nature lovers and families with children. Remember, the tram can be perfectly combined with the canopy tour ( Sky trek ) and also with the Sky Walk ( or Monteverde hanging bridges ), which are located inside the Sky Adventure park in Monteverde. Transportation is included in the trip. Daily departures.

Hanging Bridges

The Sky Walk or hanging bridges expand over more than a mile and a half. Accompanied by the local bilingual naturalist guide, you will explore the dense and endless tropical cloud forests from above. See many species of birds, perhaps also the Quetzal and the Bell Bird as well as many hummingbirds, even monkeys, sloths and other species. The longest bridge has a total length of almost 1000 feet. You will come face to face with the upper part of the forest trees, also known as forest canopy), where unique species life, and you will also enjoy fascinating views of the entirety of the cloud forests. Transportation included. Daily departures.

Day 8:

Day 8:

Transfer from Monteverde to Flamingo Beach in beautiful Guanacaste. Arrival, afternoon and evening at leisure to enjoy the area, the beach or pool. Overnight in Flamingo Beach, Guanacaste.

Day 9/10:

Enjoy the day at leisure or let us include a tour of the many we offer in the area such as snorkeling, sailing, diving, fishing, canopy, horseback and much more. Overnight in Flamingo.

Day 11:

Morning at leisure and later departure back towards San Jose. Overnight in San Jose. You can also spend an extra night in Flamingo and depart to the airport on day 12 ( Depending on time shedule of flight departure )

Day 12:

After breakfasts, transfer to the international airport.
