Within this beautiful country, we have an exceptional location next to the Pacific, with direct access to the magnificent Playa Prieta and in front of a small nearby island.

We are a resort of 5 acres of tropical green area and with only twelve villas that conform one of the best options for your vacations in Guanacaste.

Swimming pools
Delight yourself in the swimming pool and take advantage of the chairs, sunning beds and parasols that are all around. If you come with children, we also have a swimming pool for them.

Hut for parties and activities
For your parties and activities, we also have a large, sea front beach-style hut equipped with a bar, tables and chairs.

We have two types of villas:

Four villas with three rooms:

Area of 150m2.
Maximum capacity is 8.

In addition, each villa has:

Living room and dining room.
Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar integrated to the social area.
Shaded terrace with deck furniture and a hammock.
Air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room.
Cable TV.
Wireles Internet.

Playa Prieta is a small bay, 400 mts long and one of the most beautiful beaches in Guanacaste. It is famous for its white sand which shines in contrast to its green trees, and crystalline blue waters. It has magnificent sunsets and a wonderful view of Flamingo.

This small beach on Flamingo Bay is located south of Pan de Azúcar, separated from it by a rocky sector and near Playa Virador.

It is ideal for enjoying swimming, sun bathing and resting while contemplating its calm lush landscape. It has soft ocean swell and abundant vegetation.

Towards the south we find Prieta Point and Chocoyas, which is a small island. These two add a special attraction to the natural scenery and they separate this beach from la Penca.
