Ostional Beach Wildlife Refuge
Just about 1 hour North of Samara lies Ostional Wildlife Refuge, a well known beach and coastal community. Ostional is well known for being a preferred beach for sea turtles that arrive every year in great numbers. This natural spectacle is truly amazing, Literally thousands of sea turtles come ashore to lay their eggs. A few weeks later, the young turtles will hatch and return into the Ocean.
